About

Hi, I’m Nicole, and my journey to becoming a life coach has been shaped by some deeply personal experiences. Growing up in a strict religious environment, I faced significant trauma that left lasting emotional scars. As I navigated adulthood, I found myself in a domestic violence situation, which I ultimately survived and learned invaluable lessons about resilience, strength, and self-worth.

In addition to these challenges, I’ve also navigated my own neurodivergent path, dealing with ADHD and the unique struggles it presents. These experiences have fueled my passion for helping others find clarity, empowerment, and healing. I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can be to feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by life's complexities, and I'm here to offer support, tools, and guidance to help you overcome those barriers.

Today, I combine my personal experience with professional training to coach neurodivergent individuals and families, helping them navigate life’s challenges while embracing their unique strengths. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic space where you can grow, heal, and thrive. Together, we can chart a course to a more empowered and fulfilling life.

Mission

At Neuro Compass Coaching, our mission is to empower neurodivergent individuals and families by providing trauma-informed, personalized coaching that helps them navigate life’s challenges, embrace their unique strengths, and find their path to fulfillment and success. We strive to create a safe, supportive environment where healing, growth, and empowerment are at the forefront of every journey.

Vision

Our vision is to create a world where neurodivergent individuals and families are celebrated for their strengths, supported in their challenges, and empowered to live authentically. We aim to become a leading resource in coaching that integrates neurodiversity and trauma-informed care, helping individuals and families navigate life’s complexities with confidence and resilience.

Why consider working with a coach, especially one who understands neurodivergence and trauma?

Life can be overwhelming when you're dealing with unique challenges like neurodivergent struggles or past trauma. Navigating everyday tasks, relationships, or even self-care can feel like an uphill battle. A coach offers guidance, support, and tools tailored specifically to your experiences, helping you tap into your strengths and create strategies that work for you—not against you.

As someone who has faced these struggles firsthand, I understand that healing and growth aren’t one-size-fits-all. A neurodivergent/trauma coach will work with you to develop personalized approaches that honor who you are, while helping you break through barriers that have held you back. It's not about “fixing” anything—it’s about embracing your strengths, building resilience, and finding a path that leads to a fulfilling life.

Hiring a coach is about investing in yourself. You deserve the support, and together we can chart a course toward empowerment, healing, and lasting success.
